Posted By Neal Clark Hi Peter, We have recently updated the forum so that email addresses are only visible after you have logged in. This is to try and prevent automated programmes called crawlers, harvesting email addresses from the forums and sending out spam emails. Neal Clark, Web Co-ordinator.

Posted By John Watson What you mean he is not the king/queen/duke long lost cousin/sister/brother/dog sitter of some equatorial hell hole? He/she/it was going to give me £10m for doing nothing, how can this not be true? Just shows you cannot trust anyone these days.

Posted By Daniel Stonehouse Hang on a minute, that is MY 10 million pounds - don't even think of taking any! Oh, i tell you what - we can go halves! I am expecting the money any day now! By the way, did he/she/it ask you for a picture of yourself? They did to me. Very strange.

Posted By Alison Melrose With the photo that person is probably sitting by the pool with a glass of something cool and a copy of "their" passport with your happy mug on it! [either that or they can laugh as they drive past you in their Lotus saying that's the idiot who actually believed they'd get the £10 million].

Posted By Daniel Stonehouse Well the photograph that i sent them will look very strange on a passport - it was a cartoon of a burglar with a swag bag over his shoulder. Very apt in the circumstances mind.

Posted By Descarte there is a whole website and massive community based on making these guys lives hell for bothering people with email scams. Very funny stuff, and good to see that people are getting their revenge :-)
