Can any one help me with a site(in English preferably) that sets out the French ACoP for CDM in France?

I did a CDM project in France last year. They have a system where contractor signs a form that has all the control measures on (very vague). The client signs it, it is approved by the union, and that was that. Risk assessment, method statement, didn't have a clue. However we did use them, and the project went well and safe.
