Posted By mark walker I have been asked by a client if I can provide conflict management/violence at work training/awareness (within residential care homes), does any one have a ppt presentation available I could use or bespoke? Alternatively does any one know a competitive provider of this service please? help would be gratefully appreciated.

Posted By Adrian Clifton Mark I know of a provider who charges £20 per head for a half day course or £35 per head for a full day course. How many do you need training and what part of the country are you located in? I can reccomend this provider as we have used them for 4 years, and everyone who attends has enjoyed the training.
