Posted By garyh Do Statutory Instruments apply in Scotland - (N Ireland is different). Basically are the regs the same in Scotland as in England?

Posted By Dr. Andrew Rankine The short answer is 'Yes'. Statutory Instruments made by Westminster on health and safety have an identical effect in Scotland (since safety is a 'reserved matter' under the Scotland Act)
