Included in the figures is the "about 10" for H&S that the HSE give for the same period. The gaining of the information has been like extracting teeth, but it is strange that it is so clouded in mystery. The figures perhaps demonstrate a real value of money above personal injury and death. Do people agree? Bob

I find it appalling that at a time when 84 senior individuals were successfully prosecuted under section 37 only "about 10", in the HSE phrase, were disqualified. Is it a case of not putting the request to the judge or some political decision? I do not know the answer. What is clear is that financial authorities and bodies are very good at ensuring that judges make disqualification orders. To the tune of about 1600 per year. Bob
