Posted By Paul Beardall We carry small amounts of fuel and oils when working on construction sites, whould anyone be able to point me in the direction of a flow chart for ADR when it applies or is exempted, and whats required under 1000 units. Thank you in advance.

Posted By Bob Youel NOTE: Its not just the HSE that enforce re carriage - DEFRA, The Driving Standards Agency, Environmental Agency; plus BSEN standards to name but a few, can be involved I would advise getting info from all Its complicated e.g. A car with a metal divide re the boot and the back seat of a car is different to a mostly cloth [most new cars] divide; as fumes can pass into the drivers compartment through cloth - therefore it affects the carriage of fuels
