Posted By peter gotch Hi Bob, Technically, the charge will cite Section 3 and Section 33, which is what the CPS spokeman said at press conference. Somewhat comparable to Section 3 case against Southampton NHS Trust, albeit that case was linked to manslaughter charges against two consultants. Regards, Peter
