Posted By J Knight I think the key is in the way the Health and Safety at Work Act is written. It is clear that the aim of H&S training is to ensure the H&S of workers. Training can't ensure anything if the workers don't unerstand it, so it is essential that efforts are made to overcome language barriers. The HSE provides leaflets in a range of different languages, and I am sure that there are multi-lingual trainers out there, John
