Posted By warderic I suggest you contact the HSE they will have a number. I have just come back from Ireland and the standards are very poor. As an example in many areas the mains electrical cables feeding the town where tied to fence posts. In another area builers were throwing tiles from a roof into a van parked on the main road. The list goes on and on. I enjoyed my holiday, the people are great but health and safety seems to be of a low importance.

There is an actual report format for dangerous occurrences(IR3 form) as defined under regulations which may be of use to you if your incident falls into any of the categroies listed on the form which can be downloaded at http://www.hsa.ie/publis...1nID=93&pID=103&nID=161. If your damgerous occurrence does not fall into any of the categroies listed on IR3, you will find direct contact details for persoonel within HSA on the website. Regards Margaret
