Posted By ian milne suggestions: Many accidents have happened offshore and in woodwork and metal fabrication work facilities due to loose materials. No site that i was ever aware of listed, but add these thoughts to your list; Entanglement due to loose jewels, clothing or hair. Impact due to debris being emitted from plant, wear PPE as necessary. Noise may require hearing protection. Be aware of where emergency stop buttons are and what to do in event of accident, no matter how small. Protect skin using gloves etc and any moisturiser agents along with good hygiene rules. Ergonomics may require checked in relation to use of plant/tools and physical attributes of operator i.e. frequent stooping, bending etc. . Like I said, for consideration only
