Posted By Alan Hewett Hi Rana, There was a consultation exercise in July 2004 by the ODPM titled 'FIRE AND RESCUE SERVICE OCCUPATIONAL MEDICAL GUIDANCE FOR RECRUITMENT AND RETENTION' I have contact names and numbers of the people that were dealing with the consultation at the time and if you email me direct I will send them to you, however I'm not sure how relevant they may still be, but they might be able to point you in the right direction for further advice. Alan
