Hi Phillipe,
It really depends on what the person is doing; there are for example legal restrictions on some activities, such as driving minibuses which are not subject to risk assessment, and of course there are ramifications about their actual state of health. Once a diagnosis of 'epilepsy' is made it tends to stick, and there are numerous people with this diagnosis who have been symptom free for many years. In other words, its well worth looking at what other people have considered in their RAs but the subject really does need to be approached with caution,

Currently awaiting a report from the individual concerned as to the level of severity in their condition and advice from his doctor. once this is in my possession I can look at a specific risk assessment.
