Posted By GavinR Hi, Have you got the last issue of SHP magazine? Theres a very good article on climate survey tool by Richard Byrne that is helpful. I have carried out the survey when working for Richard on my student placement and it was vey useful and straight forward tool to use. We had decent feedback on the survey and it was extremely effective to use the results to influence management to progress with investing resources and time in H&S. Well that was my experience, it may not be the same for everyone though. I would recommend you explore the possibilty of using the tool and read the above article as it will give you very good background information on the process. Hope this helps, Gav
