Posted By MeiP Right, here's one for a Friday afternoon. I've heard rumours of a dance-off competition, as in - how long can you dance, last one standing wins. I'm told it was run 5 years ago & it lasted 36 hours. Aside from initial medical screening & on hand medics, any other suggestions? Cheers Mei

Posted By Charley Farley-Trelawney I do believe there was a feature film made in the early 70's titled 'they shoot horses don't they?' Never really understood the title, but this was as memory serves me a dance marathon with the last person/s standing.

Posted By MeiP Yes, our insurance broker mentioned that film too. Shame, I've never seen it, maybe I would have been able to see all their control measures and safe working practices... or not

Posted By Lilian McCartney They have breaks at regular intervals for toilet, food etc as well at this type of marathon event. Don't know exactly what they are as I reckon that the longer it goes on the more breaks would be required.
