Hi All,

Has there been a whisper from HSE that they have stopped updating the "name and shame" site.

Found out about a prosecution yesterday which was heard in court in June 2005, but not yet recorded on the PR database. Closer inspection indicates no PR entries at all since late 2005, and no Notice entries at all since April 2006 and only a smattering in the months before.

Regards, Peter

There was indeed plans afoot to stop the "name and shame" but as far as I was aware there was representation made from the trade unions and it was decided by HSE that they would continue to still name companies etc.

Anyone else have any information to the contrary?

cheers
