Hi
I have been asked by my company to create a H&S Induction checklist for all new employees as the one we have is quite basic.
I was wondering if anyone had a checklist like this so i could see all that is to be included, obviously i will need to accomodate for our own premises aswell but this was just to give me an idea of what is to be included.
I would be grateful for any advice.

Hello Natasha, I think the basics of what is expected of you is quite simple and your ability as a health and safety advisor. The checklist basically deals on the subject of the induction, names of the inducted personnels with dates and time of the induction. You can represent it in a clear Micro excel format. That will make it look real good. Your managers can look at the checklist without having any difficulties.In my workplace, my contractor provide for me the names of his employees that is inducted, dates of the induction, numbers of employees that is inducted. All in a clear statistical presentation.
