Posted By Andy Petrie We are developing a staff risk model based on risk assessments and real incident data with a view of highlighting high risk areas of our work so that we can target our improvement plans.
Has anyone got any experience of this sort of thin who would be able to offer some advice/guidance?

Posted By Bill Bircham Andy, This sounds like a fairly straight forward Quantitative Risk Assessment (QRA) type exercise combining fault tree and event tree findings. Search around the web using these terms and you find a whole host of methods, outputs etc. When in the Rail Insdustry, I found the RSSB docuemnt GE/GN8516 (freely avaiable at www.rgsonline.co.uk/rgs.asp - search for 'risk assessment') useful, it may be a bit heavy for your use, but gives a good methedology to do this without expensive consultants (Sorry Merv & Co!) Rgds Bill
