I am sure the above exists but I cannot for the life of me now think where from. I have tried the third party certification bodies I have access to but no luck.

I have searched through this forum and have found helpful info but not quite the above.

Can anyone help with this or am I just imagining this document exists??

Thanks in advance.

Imagination!

The 18001 is a std that can be measured against. It is up to YOUR organisation to develop systems around this, from which you can develop your checklist.

Simplistically, the std requires a management review, the guidance gives some thought on areas this might cover. YOUR procedure should document what a management review should cover, how often it should take place, who should attend and so on. In this scenario an 18001 checklist might ask "Is there a procedure for management review and is there evidence that this is followed?"

Not much good if you specify a five year review with the FM Manager, but you still meet the 18001 requirements = pass

But if your procedure specified 6 monthly or qtrly management reviews, chaired by MD, with input from H&S Reps, Ops Management, H&S etc, with a standing agenda plus AOBs then you can really develop a useful checklist of your systems.

A whole lot more around the EFFECTIVENESS to be explored, not touched upon here (having a procedure don't mean it's any good), but perhaps another debate . . .
