Apologies in advance for my ignorance but is Scotland bringing in its own version of the Fire Reform Order? If so what's it called and when is it happening?

Fire (Scotland) Regulations come into effect from October 2006, after this point fire certificates will no longer be valid, according to my fire RA's conducted by outside well known contractors :p

if this is genuine I apologise... and for general reference..Scotland has it's own parliament = develops it's own laws on a wide range of issues.
