Does anyone know if the new regs are still due to come in in April?

Does anyone know what they'll be called? Or when the ACoP will be released?

Or even have a draft?

Members must remember that this document was issued for consultation and there ARE to be changes made before, or should I say IF the new regulations are is enacted in April 2007
