I have been speaking to my local college about refresher courses for my "first aiders" as i wanted to send them for an update on their knowledge at about halfway through their 3 years. The college have said that they can do a 2 day refresher but that the HSE are planning to recommend that all first aid trained staff are subject to a 1 day refresher every year, starting in 2007. I cannot find any info to back this up, anywhere.

Anyone out there know anything about this, as if it is not correct, i will need to get my guys refreshed with the 2 day course.
