Hello all
I am in the process of producing a training package for the middle management and supervisors within our company.
I have plenty of my own material and know what needs to be done.
However, additional case studies of this level of management, a good video and any other power points etc to emphasise my case wouldnt do any harm.
If any body can point me in the right direction to source any of the above material it would be very much appreciated.
