Posted By Ian G Hutchings Mick Please can you let me know if you are looking for help in implementing or are just looking for the documents. Human factors is quite a specialised area and does require expertise. HS(G)48 is a good starting point, but you need to evaluate in detail and cannot therefore normally use generic documents. Are you looking at the ergonomics aspect or the pyschological aspect or both? I have some contacts who work in this area who may be able to help you. Ian

Posted By Mick154 Hi Rob-Email is above Ian- thanks for the offer but I don’t think I could employ help, and yes I am looking at both aspects, it was just put on me last week, I just need a kick start to get moving as I only have till February to complete As you say HSG48 does help but only if you’re looking at personal safety info from the HSE this goes deeper, I just think I’m lucky we are only lower tier COMAH, but when you have not worked with it before and the inspector is not helping just says “don’t look at personal safety” what can you do? Thanks Mick
