Extremes of Temperature - Policy, procedure, guidance, anything!!

Hi,
I've been asked at very short notice (i.e. by the end of today) to devise an extremes of temperature policy, PPE requirements etc etc. Our operation has temperatures ranging from the minus' in the freezers through to very high plus' in the oven areas. Therefore I'm looking to incorporate it all in once policy.
Given the time frame, I only have limited opportunity to gather information so I was hoping members could help me out? Anything is appreciated, pointers towards info, others existing procedures basically ANYTHING that might help. I ensure you that anything donated will not be used wholesale, will not be used for consultancy (Im not a consultant) and will be greatly appreciated.

ACGIH publish a lot of information on this topic and it can be downloaded (for a fee) from their website: http://www.acgih.org/home.htm. Search for thermal stress.
