Posted By Wayne Davis Good afternoon forum not sure if this topic has been done before...but! just say hypothetically I am driving on company business to a meeting and i have a car accident. This results in me being off work for, lets say more than 3 days. is it reportable under RIDDOR? I'll await your comments. WD

Posted By cara Not according to the HSE..... Injuries which are not reportable under RIDDOR 95 are: road traffic accidents involving people travelling in the course of their work, which are covered by road traffic legislation; http://www.hse.gov.uk/st...cs/causacc/technical.htm Hope that helps!

Posted By Adrian Clifton Wayne At the present time Road Traffic Collisions (RTC's formerly RTA's) are not reportable under RIDDOR. This may change in the not too distant future. Adrian
