We currently provide training to those persons we 'send' to hostile environments (e.g. Iraq).
We obviously have a specialist training provider that we use, but are due to renew the contract soon and was hoping someone out there could recommend a supplier.
I won't name who we currently use as it may be that someone recommends them, which would be good as we don't actually have a major problem with them just wanted some possible options to consider

Hi Anon,
I regularly use 3 different companies and would be happy to discuss the pro's and cons of each one. 2 do a 6 day course and one does a 5 day version. There are differences - 2 do a realistic kidnap scenario, 1 does a realistic "problem at checkpoint" version. Two do a FA certificate (but higher than usual level) and one has it's course registered for BTech. They all do shorter courses for less hazardous areas.
Please e-mail me on rob.todd@ntlworld.com
Cheers
Rob Todd

Are we talking here about hostile environments in the UK (i.e. a town centre pub on a Saturday night, or social workers dealing with challenging individuals), or war zones abroad?

Rob,
thanks for the offer, suspected you might respond - I'll be in touch.
Stupendous,
indeed we are talking war zone type environments rather than drunken yobs in town centres
