Posted By keith gib hi all, anyone done a risk assesment for accesing roofs that may be fragile as part of maintenance work. this will always be a one off job on each house for maintenance of electrical utilities.

Posted By Ali A good start is the WAH Regs 2005 "hierarchy of controls".You need to consider safe means of access for the duration of the job,preventing falls or if this is not possible then mitigating effects of a fall using PPE etc
