Posted By Gillian Lloyd Hi I have been asked if I could undertake a safety audit which I haven't done before. I have looked through books and journals plus email HSE and IOSH for advise but unfortunately I have been unable to get the information I require. Is there anyone kind enough who would be prepared to forward me a completed audit with accompanying report for me to work from so that I can be assured that I am on the right track? Thank you in advance for your help. Gillian

Posted By Merv Newman Gillian, for further info I suggest that you take a good look at OHSAS 18001 (the standard to work to) and 18002 (the audit) Good luck. It's a scary thing to do for the first time. But enjoy the experience Merv
