Posted By Tabs Yeah welcome. Hope you enjoy the profession, we all seem to. Remember though, you will only have half a dozen real emergencies in your lifetime - the rest will seem urgent at the start, but if you take your time they will resolve quite easily. As for the forum, beware the Trolls.

Posted By Tabs To all: sorry, I have been away from the site for a couple of days and missed the long thread I have just now seen about trolling. It was a pure coincidence and I was not trying to get around a thread lock. :-)

Posted By Alan Nicholls Hi Darren New to the site myself, Welcome. I took mine in 1996 and still learning new things, I wont say every day but I am still learning. This is a very good place to get good answers to most questions in a very short time. Some might take 4 or 5 minutes though. Only joking. Good luck with your qualification use it well. Regards Alan N

Posted By Merv Newman Darren, as everyone else has said we welcome new blood. So refreshing on a cold day. And if you need a recipe for roast pigeons or stuffed peasant (that one comes with rather a lot of chips and, probably, a decent Beaujolais) just ask. Welcome Merv

Posted By Rochelle Eames Hi Darren I'm relatively new to the presigious world of IOSH myself and only a NeBosh Gen to boot. I am going to be studying for my diploma though next year. Merv, Would appreciate a recipe for the pheasant and if you have one for partridge that would be most welcome. My hubbies boss goes shooting, kills them but doesn't like to eat them so guess where they end up? Thanks
