Does anyone know how long you have to keep H&S related documentation within the NHS?

Risk Assessments:
· Slips, trips etc – 3 years?
· COSHH?

Health surveillance records:
· COSHH – 40 years? Would you also need to keep the risk assessment for this long?

RIDOOR - 3 years?

Many thanks

Have a look through this... This is for Wales, but I'm sure England has the same retention periods.

If you can't view link let me know and I'll email.
