HI Guys,

Can anyone help me, I am sure I used a blue book, (loler register), many years ago to record all our lifting equipment, I have tried to google this too no effcet; an F91 keeps coming to mind. Can anyone help with, where to get one plaese.

I think you are looking for an F88 (Lifting Tackle Register). These are I believe now not used, a copy of inspections carried out are sufficient, i.e. 6 monthly's, weekly's and before use,
