Hi
I know that the HSE has an online prosecutions database, does anyone know if the EA have a similar thing and if so where I can find it.
Alternatively, does anyone know where I can find examples of case law relating to prosecutions under the control of pollution and the hazardous waste regulations etc.

You may find a helping hand if you were contact the Chartered Institution of wastes management in Northampton Technical manager Tracy MoffattE:tracy.moffatt@ciwm.co.uk she may well be able to put you in contact with a member in The EA who will help you. regards Ian
