Can anyone shed any light on whether Section 42 of HSW Act has ever been enforced by a Court? If so, what case was it?

Section 42 'Power of Court to order cause of offence to be remedied or in certain cases forfeiture.'

go to hse prosecutions data base and search using sect 42 and there are 2 in there!
