Hi All,
I'm wondering if anyone has any experience of using outsourced eyecare vouchers (Specsavers or otherwise)?

Do these schemes make adminstarting eyesight tests any easier? Do you just get vouchers, or support e.g. lists of which emplyees have had tests? Reminders of tests due?

Any feedback on experiences welcome before I splash some cash.

Al.

Al

There has been plenty of discussion on this; a search should turn up other people's experiences.

My company uses Specsavers vouchers nad have done for over two years on their Corporate care programme.

Works for us - easy admin as far as I can tell from our Buying department, I handed out vouchers to those who qualified from ongoing risk assessments in our workplace.

Renewals come through to each employee client rather than to me.

Does what they say on the tin !

We've used both Accor and Specsavers and I find that Specsavers is easier to administer (only one voucher required) and cheaper than Accor. Downside of Specsavers is the reduction in choice of Optician and the failure of staff in returning a portion of the voucher we are meant to get back for our records. Minor problems and we are happy with Specsavers.
