Below are rough examples of prices....
£21.20 Lung Function (including Dermititis check)
£12.40 Hearing test
£9.50 Preliminary hand/arm vibration assessment
£12.00 vision screening for VDU users
Per employee.

I suggest you ask your local authority, if they have an occupational health unit, they will probably undertake external work. As the overheads are already covered the costs are normally resonable and due to the wide range of activities councils employ the knowledge they have is usually good!

Hi David should have expanded the daily rate is made up of approx 8 appointments cover all the above examinations /test

We are currently undergoing these tests as I write this message. I was the one that organised it and sanctioned it after countless battles with my Hierarchy. The costs are as followed.
130 x Audio-metric tests £21 per person
40 x Lung function tests £21 per person
Bare in mind The audio-metric testing included them doing the questionnaire too. Where as I completed the Asthma questionnaire's in house first.
