Morning All
If when working on a clients property and someone alleges from a neighbouring property they had tripped on material, should this incident be put in the accident book or would a report be sufficient?

Threat it as an accdent involving a memebr of the public, and record it as a precautionary measure.

Thanks for your reply.
Are you saying to make a report and not in accident book or to do both?

same as Ken , but find out exactly how this happened (record your investigation details, then complete your accident book)to prevent a re-occurrence
