I am asking for help on this one, does anyone have any risk assessments for restaurant activities including front of house?, that they could let me have as I have been asked to help a friend out who is just starting off and wants to get everything right from the start.
If anyone could help that would be great
Thanks for reading

I don't have anything immediately available, but check the web for Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points - HACCP
That will do for the food hygiene, after that it's mainly slips, trips and falls, manual handlng, burns (hot and cold) and sharps.
And not dropping fag ash in the mashed potatoes.
Thinks : anger management counselling would be a good idea.

Try HSE Website. They have Catering information sheets that are very useful.

Peter, go to hse website and catering information sheets. They provide a whole series for free. For example one that covers H&S for waiting staff. All good usable stuff that gives simple dos and donts. Not so much an RA but more a safe op practice/training guide.
