Posted By Chris Pope Can anyone recommend a product ? Possibly from the food production industry. There is an area about 4m wide by 2m which needs to become a slip resistant area, preferably highly visible (eg chevrons)in front of a pit of biological waste matter. When the lid on the pit is raised I want it to be a no go area as it is possible otherwise to slip and fall over the kerb into the pit where the stirrer will prepare you for processing. We have had 3 barriers which have not stood the aggressive environment. Tankers and 40' bulk tippers will reverse over this concrete area which is frequently cleaned with a steam pressure washer. I don't think thermoplastic road marking will stand the harsh treatment, but I am not sure of this. I was thinking of heavy duty textured GRP - has anyone used this in a similar situation. I need it non slip as there are occasions when the pit is emptied for cleaning and the lid will be open while a temporary barrier is installed
