Descarte gave us this one on 21.12.06, John - but it's probably worth a reminder as many of us would have been in 'Christmas mode'.

That's ok then, I have little time at the moment to read all the threads.

On the theme of "little time" !
I've just finished fast-reading (sic) this:
http://www.hse.gov.uk/research/rrpdf/rr156.pdf

I wonder why things haven't changed in over 30 years I've been in the game.....still the same old hoary reasons....and why does it translate to a host of other industries ?

Good grief, John. 222 pages to tell us what we already know! (I just skipped to the summaries on pages 71-73)

I've been involved with H&S for even longer and conclude that human nature doesn't seem to improve very much at any level of involvement.
