Please does anyboby know of the difference between static and dynamic commissioning process? What are the safety consideration that would be applied to each.

Our company differentiates commissioning of machines as a complete mechanical installation and operational check for "static commissioning" and for a "dynamic commission" we would test run the machine through its process, to produce the finished product. Safety considerations are identified by RA, site specific, for each installation.
