Can i place the name of a company and individual who you should not work for as he/them don't pay

This would be to warn others so they don't fall foul and after two court appearances the Judge said that this person may have done this before and has worked the system for his own financial benefit and others should be aware if offered work by him

I feel sure that the moderators won't like the details shown on here. So if anyone was interested they would have to email you direct.

I hope the mods don't remove this kind of posting though.

hmmm...

Name and Shame.

You would need to be very careful that the facts are indeed the facts. HSE name and shame. If the person has indeed done the nasty deed then it would be nice to know, but make sure you stick to the facts.

I know of a website that named an individual as a rouge plant trainer, HSE also named him and warned others not to employ him...

Thanks for the information off forum.

As this guy is registered as a Limited company and very late with returns - do you think the tax man may be interested?

Regards

You could supply more information, maybe in cryptic form, so as we all could try an work it out for ourselves. Clues might be area of work, location, age, similar company trading name, height etc. You can say and write alot of things without being too specific and stay the right side of the law!!
I've had similar experience of non payers, as I expect have a lot of others, and it aint good!! Worries the hell out of the wife, for a start...........bills to pay, food to buy etc etc!!

I wonder if our Consultancy Group could maintain a list of non-payers such as the one referred to here. It would not need to say a lot since most of us on reading it would get the message.

Just like somebody employing a consultant would check out with IOSH beforehand to ensure that she is indeed CMIOSH/CFIOSH as claimed so perhaps we need to protect ourselves from the rogue payers.

The words on it would have to be cleared with IOSH's solicitors first, I suspect.

Hi forum users!

Thanks for all your messages on this thread.

In answer to Mick's query, I'm afraid the name of the company or inidividual whom you are referring to cannot be named on the forums.

As Mick's query has been answered, the Moderating Team have made the joint decision to lock this thread.

Kind regards,
