I have been putting together a new driver policy, risk assessments etc for people driving on company business (no company cars). I need to produce a sign off form for drivers to ensure they have been given all info on how to check their car (safety issues, oil, tyres, phone use etc) and also a journey planner to give to managers to see if they can plan out the requirement for a journey altogether. Does anyone have any docs I can use or links to info, I have tried ROSPA and HSE.

Thanks

Hi

I previously pulled data off Rospa and HSE (car and truck driving).

Also include; mobile phones, drink/drugs, violence at work, fatigue and circadium clock Vs mental alertness, and what to do in event of crash and emergency response from your staff.

Hope it helps!
