Posted By Claire C Thanks for your help it is appreciated. With respect to YouTube.com there does seem to be a lot of clips available that would be of use to me, however unfortunately i do not know how to extract the clips from the website so that i am able to insert it into my PowerPoint Presentation. Does anyone know if this can be done, and if so, how it is done? Thank you Claire

Posted By David Tilsley-Curtis Claire The type of course you are looking to put together is readily available and would ensure that the content was complete, comprehensive and accurate. A course put together on the-hoof my leave yourself in the firing line should any important details be missed or out of date. I would be happy to send you some details if you require. Regards David

Posted By Mike Herbert Good morning all, There is a video in german with english subtitles called Staplerfaher Klaus. Very good, very funny in a bad taste sort of way but it does draw attention to problems of using forklifts. http://video.google.com/...96&q=staplerfahrer+klaus It is downloadable but i have not worked out how with this machine as yet. Its 9 minutes long and starts slow but the pace picks up at the end. Best regards Mike
