Good Morning Folks,

I am looking for some advice and / or guidance relating to the use of Bi-focal and Vari-focal lenses.

Firstly does your organisation allow the use of Bi-focal and Vari-focal lenses in an industrial environment?

If Yes or No what is justification for your organisations choice.

Secondly have you had the use of Bi-focal and Vari-focal lenses identified as a contributory factor in an accident investigation?

Finally does your organisation have a policy, procedure or guidance document relating to bi-focal and vari-focal lenses?

Any help would be most appreciated.
