Hello,

We have recently set up a management team to develop a Business Continuity Plan for our organisation. Has anyone completed this and able to offer some advise on the content of the plan.

Does anyone have a model plan that we could look at? What response have you had from local council/police as to the part they would play?

We have identified the areas of risk but would welcome any advise as to how far others have gone with this.

Thanks.

Do you mean, how would your organisation continue if there were a disaster etc?

Haved you looked at the website for the Busines Continuity Institute? They publish good practice guidlines (2005) which gives a framework for business continuity management.
