Having been the H & S Manager for 4 months , I find the Part 3 is 5 yrs out of date and copyright to a consultancy agent.

Obviously I need to update quickly, the Part 3 is obviously out of date and not only that but its in PDF format.

I would appreciate an update Part 3 in word format from a consultant Company who would share their document. really appreciated!

Graham, you may want to look at construction info sheets numbered 39 to 44 on the HSE web site.

The CDM Regs are changing, supposedly 06.04.07)and the H & S Plan is replaced by I think something called an information pack.
but see this link

Graham

If you are talking about policy implementation 'arrangements' these are company specific. Surely these should be produced and not copied from somewhere else?

Please let us know exactly what you need. I am sure people can send you examples, but to be worth anything it will need to be specific to the business.

You can use the 'text select' tool on Adobe Reader to quickly lift from pdf to a Word document. You may have to reformat it all though.
