I have been asked to compile a health and safety audit for my company based on BS8800 and the Nortel health and safety audit that they perform every 2-years as i have been advised that it is very good.

I had never heard of this before so does anybody out there have a copy of a health and safety audit with weighted scores etc so that i can assess the compliance of my company etc and would e willing to send to me.

I would be most grateful to compare what i have already done with a proven system.
