On 26 January 2006 in the pleural plaques test cases it was ruled that those with asbestos related pleural plaques are no longer entitled to compensation.

The appeal to the House of Lords was thought to be around 12-18 months from the decision. Does anybody have an idea when this appeal is likely to take place seeing as 12 months has passed since the ruling.

Summer 2007 is the last date I heard, a bit vague I know but as this issue affects one of my family-better than nothing!
