Posted By John A Blease We have recently carried out vibration assessments and HAV tier 1 and 2 questionnaires. Does any member have details of a qualified occupational health nurse who can clinically assess hand arm vibration syndrome at tier 3 based on the HSE 5 tier approach. He/she must have successfully completed the hand arm vibration course held by the Faculty of Occupational Medicine or can demonstrate other relevant competence.
