We have recently carried out vibration assessments and HAV tier 1 and 2 questionnaires.
Does any member have details of a qualified occupational health nurse who can clinically assess hand arm vibration syndrome at tier 3 based on the HSE 5 tier approach.
He/she must have successfully completed the hand arm vibration course held by the Faculty of Occupational Medicine or can demonstrate other relevant competence.

Contact your local NHS occupational department, if they cannot help they may know someone who can.
