Can anyone let me know the BS for the above or any other information of the need for inspection/ Replacement?

Hi Brian

The British Standard is BS5244. 1986 Published as;
ISBN 0 580 15462 9 it will cost you £34

If you visit the BSI web site you should find it ok.

It covers : Recommendations for application, storage and life expiry of hydraulic rubber hoses and hose assemblies.

I don't have one so can't help any further than this.
